Moonlight starts out heading southwest of the visitors center. It cuts across the park and connects to the San Tan Trail. Stargazer Trail also intersects it at about the halfway point. This trail is pretty much on par for most the trails in this park. You'll hike just north of an unnamed hill that is the central feature of the park.
