Description
This trail starts off with a mellow climb along the Conant Creek bed and then the trail will climb to the ridge above Little Skeleton Creek. The climb to the ridge is challenging with some short steep sections, but they are fairly short. Once on the ridge the trail meanders up and down and generally follows the ridgeline high up into the Smokey Mountains. This trail is a great way to loop back onto Skeleton Creek. This is an amazing trip in the Idaho backcountry and you'll likely have the trail all to yourself, so be prepared!
