This is the first trail along the Scenic Loop Drive in the South Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and one of the first places to get out of your car to appreciate the beauty of the area. The short nature trail is wide, flat, and accessible to all. The trail is on Johnson's Plateau and the endpoint provides a view of the Little Missouri River Valley.
