Point to Point
From the Taggart Lake trailhead, you'll head west, then immediately north on the Taggart Lake Trail. Follow this wide-open singletrack as it winds its way north, eventually turning west to climb to the lakes. After diverting from Taggart Creek and heading north again, turn right onto the Bradley Lake Connector and follow it to the shores of Bradley Lake as it winds over a small ridge. From Bradley Lake, turn left onto Bradley Lake Trail and circle back down the aforementioned ridge to the northern shore of Taggart Lake. Both lakes afford awesome views of the surrounding peaks, specifically Nez Perce Peak (11,900'), South Teton (12,513'), and Grand Teton (13,775').Follow the eastern shore of Taggart Lake on Bradley Lake Trail and stay right at an intersection with Taggart Lake Trail at Taggart Lake's southern extent. This section of the Taggart Lake Trail rises easily, then falls somewhat steeply as it bends to the east. Be sure to stay left at an intersection with the Valley Trail here. The trail then contours easily back to the Taggart trailhead. This hike is especially colorful during the fall months due to the large number of aspens, but it's good anytime of year!
