Description
This is a beautiful and short trail through the Firestone Metro Park. Shortly after starting your hike you'll come across two ponds. Little Turtle Pond is the larger of the two and allows fishing for anyone 15 and under. The adjacent Spring Pond does not allow fishing. As you round the larger pond you'll come across the Tuscarawas River. Enjoy the view and take care during high water. To stay on the Redwing Trail don't take the bridge and instead continue straight onto a narrow boardwalk. After there will be a small hill and the trail will take you through a wildflower meadow shortly before ending the loop.
