This is an unpaved, wide singletrack trail that can be accessed from a very small parking space on SE Lincoln and SE Tabor Dr., or from the SE Water Bureau Access Road. The trail climbs along the gentler slope of the cinder cone volcano through the thick forest. You'll come to the top near the Harvey Scott Statue.
