Description
Celebration trail is a "temporary" trail as the Metro Parks continue to develop the area. Parking is at the recently renovated Himelright lodge. From there, you take about 0.5-mile hike down a paved road before reaching the trailhead. The trail is mostly flat and easy. It is a doubletrack throughout. You'll see great views over the Valley View Area, including Oxbow Overlook, which is a great view over the Cuyahoga River. You'll also have great views of the meadows, forests, and small lakes/ponds in the area. You can access the connecting spur on the far side and link up the with the Valley Link trail, which will take you to the Towpath and Sand Run trails. This a beautiful, short, and easy trail that provides quick access to some great views of the Valley and abundant wildlife
