Point to Point
The hike starts along a creek, crosses the creek, then heads up the hillside to a series of ridges. Depending on the time of year you go, there are profuse wildflowers from start to finish on the Station Creek Trail #152 (mid-May is great). For those looking to take their time, there are numerous good spots to take a break along the trail. The official Station Creek Trail #152 trail ends at a point on the ridge overlooking the valley below, but there is a well-defined user trail that continues up. The views just get better if you follow the user-created trail along a ridge. It finishes at the summit of Bald Mountain where you'll really have some views. The user-created trail is easy to follow and isn't very steep except for a small section right below Bald Mountain.
