The trails fork at Gans Creek. If you're doing the Shooting Star Loop, do not cross. Crossing here connects to the Wagonwheel Trailhead.

At the second creek crossing, the rocks can be slick! - Watch for a split in the trail across the creek.

Go straight (north) to complete the loop. Or, go right (east) to follow the #2 blazes.
