Description
Rolling hills, steep hills, a valley, and the shores of Wilson Lake make for a nice hike on this nearly 3-mile loop. You can climb on the towering red sandstone formations at the shore for some amazing views. There are a couple of steep hills but otherwise the climbs are pretty easy. There are lots of native grasses and wildflowers, and sometimes wildlife to see. It took my group a little over an hour to hike this trail, including taking some photos at the rock formations.
