Description
This easy hike through the Tijuana River National Estuary takes you across wooden bridges over water ways, through native plant gardens, past the Visitor Center and to many lookout points with viewing benches. Bird life is abundant, as well as rabbits and lizards. The Visitor Center provides a wealth of information about the plants and animals that make the Estuary home as well as seasonal cycles and volunteer opportunities. During the spring the blooming wildflowers are a sight to behold.
