Description
There is lots of great hiking up here. Marble Yard Road offers hikers the chance to enjoy a scenic hike along a rolling forest service road or you can connect to a variety of other dirt roads/trails in the area for a variety of options. Check it out in the winter to see some great views. If you happen to be visiting near the end of April, keep an eye open for morels. The road has some small ups and downs along it's entire length, but nothing too challenging or steep. It starts from Chestnut Stand Road heading north and then east to end at a junction with Furnace Junction Road on its eastern end.
