Ptarmigan Lake TH lies just off of CR306 (Cottonwood Pass road). From the TH, head south & enjoy the views & meandering trail as you steadily climb towards the lake. Just below you reach your destination, you'll have one final steeper push. Once you conquer the final climb, take in the lake & surrounding views.
