Part of the Cary Greenway System, the Symphony Lake Greenway encircles Symphony Lake at Regency Park. Hikers will enjoy beautiful scenery of the lake on this loop which is a little over a mile long. This trail connects to Swift Creek Greenway and includes an entrance at Glade Park Road.
