Description
This trail spurs off of the McMullen Creek Trail #844, heading east. The trail crosses the creek, but the crossing isn't always obvious (depends on amount of traffic), but you can tell that there is a huge canyon that goes southeast from McMullen Canyon, so if you cross and stick to the north side of the canyon, you should be able to find the trail. The trail remains on the north side of the canyon almost the entire time. There is one spot where it crosses the creek and follows the south side of the canyon before quickly crossing back. The creek is never very high, even in the spring, but there is usually some water moving through. I wouldn't recommend drinking the water though, since this is cattle country. The trail ends when it runs into an ATV trail, Donahue Creek #611. This trail leads up to the Indian Spring road, which serves as the backbone of this area.
