Description
The West House Trail is another trail in the Greensboro Watershed trail system. This out-and-back trail is an excellent way to tack on another 1.3 miles to the Peninsula Trail at the south end. It travels between the southwest of Lake Townsend and the northeast of Lake Jeanette. The trailhead is found on the west side of Church Street. Hikers will enjoy mixed woodlands with some wetlands. Several man-made bridges and boardwalks can be found along the trail. There aren't any extraordinary views, but it is a pretty trail nonetheless.
