Description
Great Divide Trail - Section D (Field to Saskatchewan Crossing) Alternate Route. This Alternate Route crosses and leaves the Howse River, to travel through forest to Glacier Lake, nestled in a valley surrounded by snow and glacier covered peaks. The trail then goes through fir forest with occasional views of the Howse River, followed by a short road segment, to return to the main GDT.
