Description
This trail begins or ends depending on the direction you head at the 13 Bridges Trail in the section of the park north of NY 117/Phelps Way. From this end, the trail heads east then follows the Old Sleepy Hollow Road south for a fifth of a mile. At this point, the trail will join meet the Pocantico River. The trail will follow this small creek south, passing underneath the large and busy State Hwy 117 aka Phelps Way. A little south of the state highway, the trail will intersect Old Sleepy Hollow Road Trail which you can take to the visitors center. The trail will continue along the creek for another quarter of a mile. The creek and trail then turn west for the remainder of the route. The trail ends past the Gory Brook Road Trail at an intersection with the Rockefeller Family Trails and Big Tree Loop.
