Aztec Butte Trail

This is nice trail that is a bit shorter, offering some excellent 360-degree views of the Green and Colorado river valleys. The trail is marked with cairns, and requires some rock scrambling up a steeper slope as you get closer to the top. It can be particularly windy on the butte so an extra layer is advised. The top is about 400 meters around. This trail is less popular than some of the others in Canyonlands and offers a bit more seclusion.
