Description
Take the North Forest Trail then the North Forest - Missouri Overlook Connector to the start of the Missouri River Overlook loop. Go north on the loop, and the trail will move close to the Missouri River. Continue the loop back into the forest and continue south, then at a junction, go northwest up a Missouri River bluff. This section of trail provides a beautiful overview of the Missouri River. This would be a peaceful place to sit and eat lunch or just rest for the return journey.
