What is Needed?

  • Name and email addresses of members
  • The state that will be turned on for new members
  • Payment via major debit or credit cards, digital wallet method, or bank transfer

  • Account creation, billing and activation may take up to 7 business days for completion
  • Accounts and billing will auto-renew yearly
  • Each new member will need to create a new personal password

Do you accept Purchase Orders or are you able to invoice me instead of a credit card payment?

At this time, we are only able to accept credit cards as payment.

Is there a discount for purchasing through bulk sales?

Not at this time.

Do all of the Bulk users share the same account?

No, each will have their own account and their own password and app. It is possible to set up a shared folder from the admin account that all others can access. Our Customer Experience team can walk you through the process to do this.

What if I have hundreds of memberships to buy and cannot pay via credit card?

Please reach out to our Customer Experience team and let them know your situation. We are building additional capabilities and your input will help us set priorities.

What types of memberships can be purchased through bulk sales?

At this time, only our Premium one state subscription is available. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team and let them know your request. We are constantly improving the service and your input will help us prioritize.

What is the best way for me to manage my purchased memberships? What if one of my employees leaves the company but has an account?

Initially, all account management activities will be managed through our Customer Experience team. Simply fill out the above form and follow the directions to contact our Bulk Support Team. You can cancel an individual membership, change a membership from one employee to another, or move a member from your bulk account to their own individual account. If you have any questions, you can always contact our dedicated bulk membership support team.
