Peachtree Figure-Eight Hike

From the northernmost parking area off SC 6, head into the Preserve on one of the forested hiking trails as it bends to the north toward Peachtree Rock and the waterfall. Some intersections can be a little confusing so check out the Mobile App for on-trail navigation. After visiting the namesake rock and waterfall, backtrack a short way to continue east (left) through a shaded stretch of trail. Stay straight with a trail heading to the right (south) and then straight again to continue east. This second turn isn't as important as you'll be doing a loop so it can be hiked in either direction. Staying with this hike, continue east on the Peachtree Rock Main Trail, making a left to head north for a short distance before another left and then another left to loop back to the west toward Little Peachtree Rock and a short spur on the Little Peachtree Rock Loop. After visiting the Little Peachtree Rock, head back to the trail you were on and continue west (right) back toward the first loop. This time, take a right and then quick left to follow the southern half of the first loop back to the starting trail and parking area.
