Montana Trail Section 16

This section begins with a road walk from Livingston to Wilsall and then heads east climbing into the Crazy Mountains from the southwest. It leads almost directly north through some very rugged and high terrain and passes through the mountains to the north before dropping down to Lennep. Permits are not required. Water is plentiful on this section. There are some beautiful vistas along this route.
