Carlson Oxbow Park

Oxbow Park Trail will lead you from the parking lot through the marsh along a boardwalk. At the back of the park, the trail becomes dirt and staying to the right will take you to a singletrack that runs around the pond. Coming out the end of the trail, you find yourself on the paved Little Calumet River Trail that will take you up to the pier on the river. Across from the river is the Oxbow Park Connector that leads back into the park and will get you back to your car. Also just before the parking lot is the short Oxbow Lake Spur trail that offers a different view of the lake.
